“It was very close to the airport, however, the busy traffic made it a challenge to get to the city quickly. Hotel lovely with gym and pool and lovely BBQ Saturdays put on at the Sky bar with live music which was well worth attending.”
“Hotel is relatively new, so facilities are still looking good. Amenities were better than ( star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Soooo worth it. Also had a Javanese Massage and body srub. Nice lady and great value. Gym and pool are very modern and in great condition. Just didn’t get to enjoy it enough due to short stay and bad weather. Location is walking distance to airport and pool is the best place for plane spotters!”
“Cleanliness ! My room air condition suddenly stop @ 9 pm and on reporting they send two technician with in five minutes and they did their job by opening the ceiling door and with all respect done it with in 10 mts with apology ! This type of attitude I found in few hotel only ! My experience with other hotel if this type of problems occur they send the technician in one or two hour or they will change the room !”

“- Very reasonable price- all you can eat breakfast with big variety of the foods plus occasionally rooftop dinner and lunch options. We loved it every time! - breakfast box on days you need to leave early - fast and professional room service - georgeus hotel, modern atmosphere - super nice, smiling and helpful staff - very close to the airport with free transport any time of the the day - you will not have ANY safety reasons here. The elevator does not allow people without a specific card to enter any levels of the building. - great rooftop view, great rooftop swimming pool and the best gym I saw in a 4 star hotel - fast and reliable wi-fi”

“Walking distance to the airport. 20/30 minutes from the centre. Big rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. A real business hotel, but also great for families. Not a lot of other restaurants in the neighbourhood, so we always had dinner in the hotel. Food was ok, but the pizzas were too spicy. We think it was a mistake from the cook.”
