“Apartment was very clean and tidy, very comfortable. Close to town and great for exploring the area. Hosts were friendly and all staff worked hard.”
“The pub has a lovely atmosphere and although the restaurant area was fully booked we had no trouble finding space in the bar/lounge area. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble and the food was excellent. Really good value for money, piping hot and gorgeous!! The room itself was really spacious and clean, lovely layout. It's also set aside from the actual pub itself so it was really quiet and private. We will definitely be returning again. Plas Derwen is also within walking distance of Abergavenny so we went and had a look round the market and shops, well worth a trip. Also a wonderful view of surrounding mountains and if you are travelling by train the station is just a short walk away.”
