“I never give 10s but this one deserves it. The amount of personal attention is amazing. We were always addressed by name for example, and my girlfriend got a yellow coconut because she didn't feel well. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the best in the world, and I would like to give a heads up especially to Tini(?) who I saw as a friend and who was, quite frankly, the best staffperson I have ever had in a hotel. Next to that, the property looks amazing, the pools are really nice and clean and the room was perfect (always cool, the semioutdoor bathroom luxurious and the bed and Moroccon style seats/lounge very comfortable). We had an incredible stay, which is why we prolonged it from 3 to 6 nights :-). Would recommend blindly to anyone. Oh yeah; and for food go to Bukit Cafe for amazing dishes (especially breakfast) or Cempaka restaurant for some local dishes.”
