“Weird experience - a hotel without a physical reception, but it worked well. Clean rooms, nice amenities.”
“The kitchenette and the fridge were very practical. The location was close to the tram stop.”
“The room was VERY spacious and comfortable, a surprise taking into account basic European standards. The shower was great, and the bed comfortable. The reception works through a phone provided at the entrance of the building, which is handy if you have late hours.”
“Very close to Hauptbahnhof - 4 stops by tram You never know who you will meet ! (see picture).”
“This hotel was excellent. The check-in process was done through a phone inside the front door where you also get your key card. If you don't need a restaurant or personal care on site than this place is perfect. What a great concept for lodging. There is a grocery store located just next door if you want something to eat or drink that opens at 0700. I would definitely stay here again.”
“You know when you have loads of exciting things to do in a city, and you just need to drop off your luggage first? And then you enter your hotel room and don't ever want to leave? Well, that feeling. Perfect.”
“A check-in via telephone downstairs, but everything worked fine. A fridge was helpful”
“Rooms are nice, Lidl is in the same building, close to public transport, quiet neighborhood.”
“The Lidl near the facility is very convenient and is still open at late hours (it closes at 9pm). The room is very cosy and comfortable. The 108 line is a short walk from the hotel.”
“Easy to get to by tram only two stops from Essen GBF”
