“Super comfortable double bed”
“Good location and excellent breakfast. Great dinner recommendation from staff on the front desk.”
“We liked everything. The location was superb - even in a rainstorm we were able to walk quickly to major sites. We never even used the metro as in 3 days, there was so much to see within walking distance - the presidential palace, the Prado, the park, Museo de la Reina, etc...... There were lovely cafes, restaurants, cafeterias with 'to go' food, various grocery stores, and even several Starbucks, all an easy walk away. We only had breakfast at the hotel one day because it was so good and tempting, but we didn't want to eat that much. Lots of fruit, yogurt, various types of juices and milks, eggs cooked to request, good coffee, pleasant dining area. We had very nice room service one evening with good wine and food. The staff was outstanding, both day and night workers, with helpful recommendations, umbrellas to lend in a rainstorm, always smiles and friendly greetings. The room itself was terrific albeit small, spotless, exposed brick walls juxtaposed with modern stylish decor, and with fastest internet connection we had in Spain. The entry floor also had two lovely rooms for guest use with reading materials, computers in case you didn't have your own, a coffee machine, lovely decor and large windows. Although we were tired as this stay was the end of our vacation in Spain, we ended up wanting to return to Madrid and to Petit Palace.”
“Comfort and situation”
“The hotel is very nice, with a confortable lobby and an incredibly healthy breakfast but the bed quality was really poor for a 4 star hotel. there's coffee and tea at disposal and the staff was really nice.”
“Great, great quality breakfast. Probably the best I have had in a hotel in the places that I have visited over the years. Great comfort in the rooms and nice facilities. Very friendly staff that provided with tips for restaurants and the best way to get to Santiago Bernabeu. A very nice location in relatively quiet area, but still close to public transport and the city center by foot.”
“Loved the location, which was a pleasant 20 minute ish walk from the centre of Madrid but in a quiet spot very close to the beautiful park and close to museums. The staff were fantastic on the front desk and super helpful.”
“There is a living room with free tea and coffee, which was comfortable and a good place to meet other travellers. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The walk to the city center was not too long, and the Prado is practically next door. Also only a 10-15 minute walk to Atocha, where there are direct trains to Terminal 4 at the airport”
“Nice location close to Prado Museum. Very clean and beautiful interior.”
“Great staff, great location, great breakfast. We have stayed here on our last 3 visits to Madrid.”
