“As an architect, I can almost always find something I would have done differently with the decor of most hotels. But here I wouldn’t change a thing. Every hotel worker was polite, helpful and well-spoken - it was like being in a perfectly directed movie. The guestroom design is terrific - the shower with three sides of glass is a showstopper design feature, and the eclectic furnishings and wall coverings are interesting and fun. The bed was comfy and the toilette products’ addicting scents impressed.”

“We told the staff that we would be staying with them to celebrate our wedding and they had champagne, strawberries, towel-swans and rose petals in our room upon our arrival! Such a great touch! The facilities were beautiful and the gym had the most up to date equipment. We forgot our swimsuits but the pool area looked great!”
“The staff was extraordinarily helpful. They secretly helped me organize the most romantic, ornate proposal spot in one of the pool cabanas the first night we were here and I proposed to my girlfriend. The entire staff worked together to make it happen and everyone stopped by to congratulate us. They even surprised us the following morning with a complimentary bottle of champagne and fresh fruit. The whole thing could not have possibly went anymore smoothly. The room itself was always clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to get up in the morning. The room service food was better than some of the restaurants we went to while we were in San Diego. Everyone was polite, had smiles on their faces and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. We will unquestionably stay here again the next time we come to San Diego.”

“This property is centrally located to the convention center and Petco Park for your walking convenience. Easy valet, easy check-in and a bell hop that showed me the layout of the hotel as this was my first stay. Room is superiorly clean and the beds were divine. Top Notch amenities and little details that have been thought out like the drawer with wine glasses and wine opener and comfy robes in the closet. I shall absolutely return!”
