“Very friendly staff and great location, hotel was very clean but they are part way through a renovation project and I was staying in one of the non renovated rooms. All I can say is the former owners were not very house proud!! That said my friend was in a renovated room and it was very nice, and the beds and bathrooms were very clean regardless of whether the room had been redecorated or not. Downstairs the bar was nicely decorated and well priced, and the compere drag queen was great fun and welcoming even though we had all had a full day on the booze and were quite merry!”
