“The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. Great value! I would recommend.”
“The clerk was outstanding! She was very professional and friendly. She noticed I walked with a cane and immediately changed our second floor reservation to one on the first floor. That was very important! The handicapped parking was very convenient to the entrance. The furnishings in the room were older but clean and neat. The breakfast was typical of most buffets. The staff monitored the offerings and quickly refilled the orange juice machine when it ran low. We would stay here again.”
“My spouse and I do not sleep well in motels but both of us slept like babies. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were exceptional. The room was nice size and clean. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the snack and beverage the first night. The room was dark (great for sleeping) and we heard absolutely no noise in our room and the motel was full..no shower noise from other rooms or walking and talking in the hallways..a plus in our book! The staff was super friendly. We plan to stay at more Pear Tree Inns in the future.”

“It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.... We were in Rolla to pick up our new puppy, so the fact that they allow pets was fabulous, especially since we had driven 9 hours to get her and we were exhausted! We also woke up to a flat tire on our car and the manager was very helpful finding someone to replace it! ”
