What guests loved the most

“We stayed at this hotel for one night after arriving late from a flight. It's about 20-30 min drive from the airport. We did arrive very late (after midnight) and we thought there would be a reception desk open, but there is not, the checkin closes at 11pm. Luckily the hotel owner expecting us was waiting by the door and we were a bit embarrassed that she had been waiting a long time for us. There are a few restaurants opposite the hotel which are open to the early hours of the morning which was very convenient for getting a late night meal. There is parking in front of the hotel and the roads around. Breakfast was brought to the room on a tray, and was really lovely - cheese on toast, fruit, some pastries, jams/toast etc”

“Good location for a stay before flying home (18 min. to airport Chania). Calm. Small center with some restaurants. More locals than tourists. Clean room with good beds. Really ideal when flying in lat or out early...”

“Ideal location for ferry and airport. Owner lovely, the cost of our room included breakfast but we were leaving at 4am so she brought us cake fruit biscuits sweets and raki for the room apart from tea and coffee. Many places to eat or drink around the hotel even in December”

“The rooms are comfortable and modern with large balconies, and the owners very helpful. This is a really nice hotel, not one of the dubious ones you find in port locations. Right next to the ferry terminal and the main intercity bus stop, it's also handy as an overnight stay before or after a flight if you don't want the hassle of being in Chania town. If you are leaving early they will go out of their way to provide breakfast. Bathrooms are a bit small, but the bedroom in my room had a comfortable seating area and all was immaculately clean.”
