“Nice situated in a large shopping center, so there are a lot of facilities and restaurants on walking distance. Room was comfortable but the furniture is a bit outdated, and sun curtain needs replacement. Breakfast was nice but not very special. For a 4 star hotel it is a bit disappointing. Free drinks in the mini bar is very nice”

“+ it is part of a bigger shopping center which makes it very convenient to go shopping / eating after a hard business day + enough parking slots available (reserved for the hotel guests) + really big rooms and I had a very nice balcony with lake view also +/- It may not be convenient for people visiting Madrid city center as a car drive takes around 30 minutes (without traffic jam) but as I had to work nearby, for me it was the perfect location”
“If you like shopping in Madrid this is a very good place to be. Shoppingmall Parequer is very big and next to hotel. Metrostation is near to go to the citycenter”
“The beds in my room was just too small I have to join them together still it wasn't comfortable. More the price of the room is quite expensive. The staff were friendly and the room i stayed was very neat including the toilet.”
“we arrived around 8am and they gave us the key kindly without no question. it's a little far from the city center but if you have car you can park your car around Villaverde Alto, it's near the hotel, and you can use metro easily. around this metro station you can find a lot of free parking space and safe .”
“Excellent to overnight when travelling through Spain. Part of large thriving shopping mall. All the big nameed shops and plenty of eateries to choose from. Free parking n site. Excellent breakfast.”
