“Everything was as expected. We enjoyed our stay. The people were quite helpful. We had a bit of a problem getting our tv to work (no signal) but one of the gals from the front desk (Carrie Ann, I believe) came up to the room and was able to help us out. Pizza from the lounge was awesome as well. Great experience overall.”

I also appreciated the proximity to downtown Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula. The cleaning staff was pleasant and did a quality job in our room. The beds were well made, the bathroom was clean and well stocked, and the leather chair was clean and comfortable.”
