The lobby and common areas have a dignified and stately feel. The staff are professional and efficient while still being kind and thoughtful. The restaurant is spectacular for dinner and for breakfast. The restaurant staff are poised and knowledgeable. The lobby lounge is classy and comfortable. This is a hotel that you will remember fondly.”
“My husband and I spent two nights here and loved it. While it is a bit spendy, the location cannot be best. The staff was very friendly, though we didn’t see much of them because we were out and about exploring Bolzano. We would definitely stay there again.”
