“if you love shopping then this hotel is good as it is only 100yds from shopping centre the room was clean the bed is big 1st time I have more than 1/4 off the bed to sleep on with the wife some reviews complain of noise & room to hot .room noisy if you sleep with window open but noise stops at midnight room opposite casino & steak house there where fans in room if hot staff help full, good bar”
“Staff at reception were great - very friendly and helpful. We were going to the match and had forgotten our tickets. A couple of emails later we managed to get them printed off at the hotel thanks to the front desk. We also pre booked the breakfast which was great value as it was a help yourself hot food and continental fare.”
