“We arrived at the hotel and by mistake booked a disabled room when I realised they quickly changed it over to a lovely different room. Very happy with the stay, the room was massive and perfect for getting ready before a night out. The shower again was massive. We ordered room service which was DELICIOUS however I was disappointed we could not pay over the phone and we had to go downstairs if we wanted to pay via phone - not a big downfall though. Am staying again in December and look forward to it!”
