“Everything about this hotel is luxury. The view was incredible from the room, overlooking Tokyo from the 44th floor, the bathroom excellently equipped, robes/kimonos/slippers provided. The staff were lovely and helped us on our check out day giving us access to the spa after we checked out which was so useful given we had a late flight. The mini-bar had some great whisky minatures. The New York bar on the 52nd floor is beautiful with fantastic views and brilliant live music. Location is right in the thick of it, 10 mins walk from centre of Shinjuku and 2 stops on the subway from Yoyogi park/harajuku/shibuya. We left this hotel feeling refreshed and wishing we could stay here every night.”
“it was our honeymoon in Japan (3 weeks long), and this was our 2 last days, and it was amazing to stay at park hyatt tokyo the last days! The staff was super helpful, they can help you with any thing you want. The gym is pretty nice, with a regular size svimming pool (25 m). spend some extra money on booking a room with a view, totally worth it.”
“Everything great, from our reception on the arrival until the moment of check out. More than kindly staff, they really make you feel special. Great, astonishing view of Tokyo. I could spend my life looking at the view from those windows. Of course you pay quite expensive (you pay every time you breathe), but this is kind of expected when you decide to stay there. In the end, worth every penny.”
“The concierge team were incredibly helpful. They managed to secure us a reservation in a (very) difficult to book restaurant, and ensured that we were well looked after.”
“Good value for money, in terms of the more upgraded rooms. Comfortable beds, nice Aesop toiletries, soundproofing, and a convenient iPhone charger which also allowed for streaming video from the phone to the tv (great for the kids when they want to just chill with a film). Internet was fast, free, and reliable. Tea/coffee (Nespresso) in room was decent. The bar on the 52nd floor has a nice atmosphere and live music every night, a good assortment of (western) drinks and food, but it's extremely expensive. Room service provided ice in the rooms all the time, and the mini-bar is well stocked. Swimming pool is kid-friendly.”
“The Hotel is located in a beautiful area and offers amazing spaces to ita guests. View is stunning, service is excellent. Staff is very professional and friendly.”
“This hotel was literally perfect. The staff did everything to help us with everything we needed and was very respectful and nice. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It had everything a great hotel should have.”
“This hotel is pricey because of the location and prime real estate it is sitting on. It is also a classic hotel with many old services that modern hotels have phased out, like shoe polishing service. It is a good experience to be at this hotel simply to experience living in a classic 1980's style hotel, and get that James Bond-ish feeling. Location is superb as it is very close to Shinjuku station. One this this hotel offers that others dont is a very very large selection of 24x7 in-room dining, from cheese plates to full 3 coursed meals, and hot chocolate, beer, sake, anything!”
“Best luxury hotel in Tokyo! Magnificent 360 degree views from guest rooms starting on the 42nd floor, fantastic gym/spa facilities, top rated restaurants/bars....the list goes on. Being able to download unlimited international newspapers and magazines daily is a great perk. The best part: attentive service that goes over and beyond. Attention to detail from staff was excellent. Special mention for the Executive Assistant Manager Mr Mark de Leeuwerk who personally ensured we would have a wonderful memorable experience for a trip that has many special occasions.”
“everything especially the views from the gym and new york bar and the swimming pool”
