“The staff need better training. The breakfast was stuffed in a little side room for the wedding party and it was not serviced well. Lots if staff but majoroty of them cannot make a decision as vleatly not given the training or have the confidence to be able to do their job and use their initiative. Greater training with more managerial roles being managers and delegating. Also the prices ij the hotel bar were inconsistent. one time a round was a bargain the next yime it was too expensive.”
“If you want average food and very poor waiter service and having to wait 45 mins for cooked breakfast with a quarter full breakfast room, 10 mins for tea and 10 mins for toast then this is your place. Plus the wedding breakfast next morning was as bad if not worse. Think this hotel could do with some more or better staff in the restaurant areas”
