Free full-sized breakfast included in the room rate... and most of all... a personable, and professional, front desk staff. Special thanks to Stephanie and Michele for going above, and beyond. Sightseeing suggestions, fine language translation, and picking up a (personal cell) phone when need be, to make a special event reservation; the wines tour(s) were fantastic. Many thanks. “great selection at the breakfast buffet. Generally the staff were friendly and helpful with 2 exceptions. I would not recommend the half board option as the lunch food looked over cooked and bland- much like cafeteria food. A complete contrast to the restaurant which had fresh seafood every day and stunning views. the layout was lovely with tiers of pools and thermal pools as well as great views from the terraces.”
“The reason we stayed here was for the location and to use the thermal pools. It ticked those two boxes. The bed was super king size which made a huge difference to us too. There was a free shuttle offered to and from the town but not quite at the right times for us in the evening - it left and returned to early.”

“Excellent thoughtful staff who were very attentive & efficient without being intrusive. Restaurant manager and reception staff especially. Loved the food. Wide range of Italian food at both breakfast and dinner, expertly prepared. Love the thermal pools, plenty of loungers, seats in and out of shade, gorgeous plants everywhere. The whole site was beautifully designed and laid out and kept immaculately clean. Hugh spacious room. Very much enjoyed the daily free Yoga and Aquagym sessions”

“siamo stati ospiti del Romantica Hotel per un accadimento speciale e cosa dire senza alcun preavviso abbiamo fatto le richieste più assurde da soddisfare... loro sono stati perfetti. Lo staff della portineria gentilissimo e disponibile a farti scoprire ogni angolo dell'isola anche se hai prenotato per un solo giorno. Alla spa ci hanno coccolato e hanno fatti vere e proprie magie per accontentarci sugli orari dei trattamenti (essendo già tutto pieno). Al bar ci hanno organizzato una cenetta con i fiocchi al ristorante alla carte e cosa dire delle camere... la mia e quella dei miei amici erano ubicate in diversi edifici (abbiamo prenotato super last minute e non c'era più molta disponibilità) STUPENDE, una vista mozzafiato arredate con grande attenzione. Tornerò senz'altro e per minimo una settimana!”
“Una struttura meravigliosa, l'atmosfera di relax e benessere percepibile in ogni angolo, spazi verdi e l'impagabile posizione che offre viste paboramiche e scorci mozzafiato su uno dei borghi più esclusivi e particolari del nostro paese: Sant'Angelo,il ricco buffet della colazione accompagnato poi dalla varietà e prelibatezza delle portate proposte sia a pranzo che a cena, la possibilità di partecipare ad escursioni per mare e per terra alla scoperta degli angoli più curiosi e suggestivi dell'isola, di godersi un amaro o un cocktail ai tavolini del bar a bordo piscina durante le serate musicali, di praticare sport e di non saper mai in quale delle 13 bellissime piscine termali cominciare ad immergersi, l'incredibile professionalità e gentilezza di tutto il personale, l'autentica passione per l'hospitality e l'ammirevole attenzione verso ogni singolo cliente ed ogni dettaglio della sua "Esperienza Romantica". Non vedo l'ora di tornare!”
