“Staff were amazing! AIJAZ and NORBERT were so helpfull! As we arrived at around 4 am they asked if we were hungry! They offered to order a pizza delivery for us and made sure we get it to the room! Also, they were so helpful on everything related to the city and transportation. As we left (at 7 in the morning) they had our coffe ready, gave us a bag of fruits and yogurt to take with us to the airport, extraordinary service from both of them, will come back for them! Hotel is so close to the tube and very convenient!”
