“The services provided was excellent and the location is also great because if you are driving, it is nearby to EconSave and NewWorldMart hypermarket. Plus, if you want to get a quick meal it is just a 2 minute walking distance with affordable prices. Overall all of us(family trip) enjoyed the stay.”

“Rooms are as clean as they need to be with all the necessary for a business travel. They provide you with 2 bottles of water everyday which for someone who travels a lot during the stay itself, is very useful. They clean-up the rooms well and will provide you with an iron & ironing board if you need one. The gym is fully equipped (though not 24/7), I would highly recommend packing gym clothes for those of you who want to keep active. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs that will cook and deliver food up to your room for a minimal fee of RM3 per delivery, which is superb (get back to the room, make an order, shower and clean up, food arrives!)”

“We are the family of 5 including 3 yo, 10 yo and 17 yo children. The family room we used was very spacious, loads of space for all of us. The bed was so huge that big enough for parents and 2 girls in between comfortably. All the staff were very pleasant, great range of room service menu with super affordable price! We will definitely come back here next time we stay in Miri. Thank you!!”
