“This was a great location on our trip from Portugal into Spain. The ciudad is so beautiful with amazing history. The parador was great in every way. We happened to be there accidentally when a medieval fair took place over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food at the parador was very good. We are both dinner at the restaurant and tapas in the adjoining room the next night. Breakfast was excellent. Nice staff as well. ”

“The location was great for visiting beautiful Ciudad Rodrigo. The parador, like others, has a huge history to tell. There is a banner by the entrance with the information. We were there during a medieval fair which was quite crowded and just a step away from the castle (of course). We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and tapas in the casual room the next night. Both those and the breakfast were quite good. A large sized car park was a nice treat as well. ”
