“On arriving we were upgraded (for free!) from a standard double room to a superior suite with private pool. Amazing! Most friendly accommodating staff. Upon arriving home I realised I had left a bag to the tune of ~£700 in the room. I contacted the hotel who located the bag and arranged delivery of it all the way home to the North of England. Amazing customer service. Really can’t recommend the Palladium and it’s fab team enough.”
“Upon arrival I was offered a glass of Prosseco and advised and that they were giving me an room upgrade free. Breakfast was great and the free shuttle service was a great delight. Upon check we had a late flight and where given complimentary a late book out free. Loved the Palladium and would stay again!!”

“Great hotel.The staff was very professional and always very nice. Our room was comfortable with a gorgeous view. Delicious breakfast:freshly sgueezed juice ,omelet, traditional greek food specialties, prosecco wine,different yogurts,nuts,dried fuits that you could have added to your musli. For people that enjoy british breafast,there was a huge choice too. The room was always clean,the towels were switched 5 times a day,transfer to the hotel and from were included in the price as well. The hotel was situated very close to the beach. Perfect place to have a relaxing vacation.”

“What was good - the staff were very friendly, especially the chap whomade the omelettes at breakfast, such a sweet person! The bed was comfyand the shutters blocked all the light out. The breakfast was super witha good choice from full English option to all sorts of Greek delicaciesas well as healthy options The shuttle to and from the airport was alsovery good.”
“What a delight, my family and I have stayed in many hotels across the globe and we felt as this was the best one yet. The staff was absolutely amazing, joyful, give complete respect and a homely feeling, no matter what time it was, and this spread across from the receptionist to the cleaners, everyone made our stay feel extremely luxurious. The pool lights up after 8 and it looks like a gem, be sure to bring your best cameras. It is right next to many famous Greek restaurants that are highly rated, and only a 6 minute walk to the beach. The food at the hotel though was magnificent as well, breakfast was of top quality as well. I would like to say a special thank you to Georgina who was there for us at all times of the day and was of great service, the same goes to Thanos and the rest of the staff, thank you so much.”
