“This is the second time that I have stayed here and I will return again. The staff, the room, the breakfast all were wonderful. The front desk is willing and able to provide directions and suggestions. The breakfast was available at 7 am on Sunday which I like. Often I have not been able to have a cappuccino before my run.”

Walking to all the sites and to my class at the mosaic school of Luciana was easy and convienent. I stayed here ten delightful days. I used the Spa for the sauna and a massage. I recommend this. The front desk professionals were curtious and helpful each day. I would stay here again for sure.”

“This was a return visit to Ravenna and Palazzo Bezzi. Having spent three nights there in January, we were more than happy to book a second stay - and we were delighted we had. Once again we found the staff to be welcoming, helpful and professional. With good-sized comfortable rooms - elegantly furnished and with very nice bathrooms; a generous breakfast served in a pleasant breakfast room with an outdoor terrace for sunny mornings and an excellent location, the hotel ticked all the boxes and, loving Ravenna as we do, I have no doubt our second visit won't be our last.”
