“Check in was quick and they were very accommodating when I arrived. I appreciated how clean my room was and the bed was comfortable too!! Most of all, I especially liked the location and how close it was to the Omiya train station.”
“The fact that we were from another country and with minimal ability to speak Japanese did not lessen any standard of service offered by all staff. In fact we were made to feel most welcome by all staff from Concierge and Reception to the Restaurant and Bar and down to the Housekeeping staff. The standard of customer service by far exceeds that of which we are used to in Australia and it is a credit to the establishment and staff.”
“It was nice place to stay. Very close from Oomiya station (west) and surrounded by so many department stores as well as the smaller stores. Clean and comfortable room and bed. For a family of 4 (boys 14 & 10), we had to request for 2 separate rooms because they did not have a room big enough for all of us. So for this reason, I had to reserve 2 rooms for 2 nights- 4 nights total - was pricey for the small rooms we stayed.”
