Manager got involved and offered us all accomofatoms possible to make it right. He not only arranged the room we wanted but also invited us to dinner at the hotel and took care of everything. “Make a reservation for dinner in a gazebo next to the swimming pool; beautiful, with a view of the Burj Khalifa. I also recommend to pay a bit extra for a room with a view to the fountains. The spectacle runs from 6pm to 11pm every half hour, and it's each time a bit different. We loved it.”
