“This hotel is in an amazing location. It's block from the harbor, and close to tourist information and booking venues. It's a block from the main shopping district, and close to a supermarket. We arrived to early for check in, but there is a lovely lounge with complimentary hot drinks and fresh fruit, magazines and a TV, and a rest room where we could freshen up and change clothes. They held our luggage and when we returned to check in, our bags had been taken to our room. The room was a nice size, with a refrigerator, coffee maker, table and chairs, great air conditioning and a great bed. The wifi was strong, and the balcony was also a nice feature. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Huge room with comfortable bed. Huge window with nice view of city. Location is perfect in city center and very close Reef Fleet terminal. WiFi was just working, too slow internet, have to wait for a min to open one page but this problem was all over Australia. Airport shuttle service would be much more appreciated. Generally nice place to stay.”

“Appreciated the fridge wasn't full of drinks and chocolate. Pizza was presented on a tray with nice cutlery and serviettes. The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and even had time to chat briefly.”
“The hotel is in a perfect location for those who are interested in diving since its just opposite to Reef fleet terminal. Everything in walking distance including all kinds of restaurants. The room itself is very clean and comfy and I enjoyed my stay there.”
“Perfect location to explore Cairns city on foot and go out to the barrier reef. Booking office downstairs offers good prices for trips all over the area. We had a deluxe room which was massive and had everything. Superb views, bags of space, big bathroom, etc. etc. Bar area does happy hour 4.30 - 5.30 with Cocktail of the day, plus selected beer and house wine for 5$ a go. On site parking costa $10 per day and is safe and secure. All public areas are clean and well presented. Pool is warm and free towels are provided.”
