“There is not a beach for above question. But the view was Fantastic. They have a fantastic breakfast! View from dining room is beautiful. The room/building itself is a little dated but I can't imagine the place without the etched glass that exemplifies the surrounding vistas. They could touch up the oak trim with some varnish, reupholster some of the club seats, paint and Bamm perfection.”
“For a little over $100 with tax, this was an excellent choice. The rooms were bigger than the normal Inns or hotels, the beds were super comfy (I usually get a back or neck aches in the morning), super clean inside the room.”
“The view was awesome! Every room has a balcony with view of the bay and there is also outdoor space where you can sit in the grass and cook out. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The smoking rooms are in a separate building right across the parking lot. We were also told that during the right season you could dig for clams on the shore of the bay. Swimming and boating is also permitted. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the free breakfast was sufficient to get your day started. It always included a hot item like sausage or gravy. There is a car rental facility about a mile away that made it convenient to pick up and return the car. The rooms are not ultra modern, but I personally love a non chain hotel that is clean, comfy and has a lot of character. All the ice machines worked! I can't wait to come back to stay.”
“rooms are big. we like the lake view. breakfast has great selection. there are one sink inside the bathroom and one sink outside. it is nice that the air dryer is outside the bathroom. even had cookies when we checked in.”
