“The staff were very friendly and accommodating as soon as we arrived, including upgrading our room for no extra price! The hotel had everything we required and was very simple and modern. It was cleaned daily. The location was amazing as it was opposite a tram stop which was very easy to take you into the historic centre. Being a little out of the centre too, food was cheaper as compared to the restaurants just outside of the Duomo for instance.”
