“What a fabulous place to stay. Arrive in a small mountain village and this is the most unexpected hotel. The owners are wonderful and we enjoyed being shown around the hotel and hearing of the work to bring these original 'button houses' back to life. The food is excellent, dinner on site and then a hearty breakfast. You are looked after so well here - cannot recommend it highly enough and wish them every success going forward. Would love to return to this glorious location.”

“It was a real privilege to be able to stay in a beautiful and really historic Turkish village house, sensitively restored yet with an elegant modern bathroom. Our room was in the "mansion house", a few yards away from the hotel's other property and its restaurant, in the middle of a quiet and friendly village. breakfast was wonderful: not only cooked eggs and fresh local bread (some types baked on the property), but a huge array of different olives, local cheeses, home-made jams, salad and fruit. Also, the hotel caters for visiting groups for lunch, so good food was available at most times of day; we ate in the evening, and the interesting dishes were a refreshing change from the usual diet of sis and kofte. The hosts, Jane (French) and Aydin (Turkish) were kind and hospitable, and unfailingly helpful in suggesting interesting routes and sights. The village (Ormana) is in an area of beautiful countryside, with access to other parts in three directions: a perfect base.”

“Lovely location hidden in the Mountain above the Green lake. Very much enjoyed my stay. Fantastic breakfast with home baked bread and the best cheese the Turkish Riviera has to offer.”

“Der Koch hat erst mal für sich selbst Eier zum Fruhstuck gebraten bevor die Gäste bewirtet wurden.es gab keinen Kaffee weil das Personal die Kaffeemaschine nicht bedienen konnte. Fruhstuckstisch müsste von uns eingedeckt werden weil um 9.00 Uhr noch kein Ober da war. Für Turk.und auch Europäische Verhältnisse alles uberteuert.”

“Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll von der Einrichtung. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und befinden sich in einem restaurierten K nopfhaus mit Fussbodenheizung. Die Landschaft in der Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir möchten uns besonders für die Führung durch das Dorf Ormana bedanken. Es war sehr lehrreich die vielen Besonderheiten der bis 300 Jahre alten Knopfhäuser zu erfahren.”
