“The Oriel Hotel is lovely. The rooms were very, very clean and in good condition. The temperature throughout the hotel was comfortable. The Christmas decor was sophisticated yet, warm and inviting. I thought the pool was designed with all skills in mind and the bathrooms/changing area safe and clean. Emily was our front desk assistant. She was very friendly and answered all my questions (email and direct) promptly and professionally. My wife and I will definitely stay at the Oriel in Ballincollig again the next we go to Cork.”
