“I liked the hotel at all polite staff and helpful also they accept my early check in when they know that I cut a long hard distance traveling from Bali to Jakarta after the volcano cancelled all flights. Also I want to thank Booking.com and the hotel for their support to arrange my booking amendment after they knew my situation with the volcano and they appreciate how it was a problem as I can't fly from Bali to Jakarta. Really I appreciated that. The hotel at all is clean and breakfast is good also the internet.”
