“Above and beyond expectation. This hotel deserves an award of excellence for thoughtfulness. I had booked the hotel as a present for my friends birthday. My friend had had serious health issues and hospital stays galore over the past 6 months and had not had a holiday break all year. She is also totally selfless and works voluntary always to support disabled children. I wanted for her and her mum to have something special. Requested a twin room with view if possible. Orchardleigh had no twins with a view but offered a free upgrade. My friend and her mum were given two luxury suites with 4 posters etc. Staff greeted them like celebrities and went an extra mile! It's an experience they will not forget!! Thank you so much!”
