“The staff was outstanding. Very friendly. I had injured my knee on the trip and they offered a doctor serviice and ice even before I asked. We were tired and they offered us water before even taking our information. We were ipgraded to a room with a balcony dacing the street. It was nice. It was not loud at all. Great sound proofing. The room was small but we expected that. It had all the ameneties, including a flat iron ladies. Attention to detail is a plus for this hotel. The lobby was fun and modern. An overall good vibe of people. Even though it is across the street from the train station, one wouldn’t know it. It seemed safe, clean and a great location.”
