“I liked that when I had a problem, (the room wast musty/moldy smelling) :-( they fixed it, moved me to a new room :-). They didn't inform me I needed to use my room card to access the 5th floor. :-/ After getting settled in new room, I noticed feather pillows, I am allergic, after 2 reminders, they never did remove them. :-( I pointed out their errors, they comped me a free night and free breakfast :-) THUMBS UP! everyone makes mistakes.”
