“ New, Clean, very friendly and english speaking staff, ”

, Singapore

“Extremly nice English speaking staff, very friendly and helpfull. Nicely designed room, quite large for Japanese standards. All in all, it was a nice stay, for a decent price on a weekend when most hotels in the region were sold out, or extremly above their ususal price.”

, Croatia

“The staff at this hotel are just the best! We were made to feel very welcome & were looked after well. The recommended restaurants were great and the hotel room and environment spotlessly clean.”

, Australia

“Although this hotel is located in a small town it could easily compete with a big city hotel and at a fraction of the price. The room was really spacious and comfortable. Even the shampoo and body wash were really nice. The staff spoke good English and helped us a lot by calling around to make sure the restaurant we wanted to visit was open during the holiday.”

“This is the 2nd time i have stayed with my family, gotta say it's a place where you see staff that is really passionate about their work and the caring that they gave is just a perfect example of Japanese hospitality. The room we booked is two beds with fridge and simple furnitures and it's spacious and clean, sound proofing is good, really great with family of kids and elders, breakfast variety is rich with local delicacies, you can see they try to introduce local food to guest. Although Okawa is a small place but I really recommend if you wish to have a quiet small town get away with your family, and enjoy some deep tour of countryside Japan. Car Park is easy to park and maneuver! Okawa also host Hanabi btw!”

“Really love this place, the room we booked is very clean and kids friendly, room space is excellent! Breakfast consider nice as the variety is a lot consider for its price range! The staffs are very nice and helpful and able to communicate English decently! About 6km drive to Yanagawa river cruise and very close to 7-11. Will definitely stay here again as the overall experience is great!”

“After read the review, I was surprised how good the Hotel was. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful, one of the best services I ever had in Japan. They speak very well English and provide a lot of good information around the area to me. The room is specious and clean and comfortable. There are few local restaurants around the area (of course you need to ask and find it) I really enjoy my stay, yes, absolutely will go back!!! The only downside was, there has no onsen in the hotel, otherwise that will be a perfect stay!! However, not far from the Hotel there is an Onsen, you can see the sunset and the famous bridge!! Thank you >> Ohyama san & Egami san and all other staffs”

“Breakfast was very divers. If you cannot find anything you like here, you will not find it in any other place. I think it would be a bit difficult to find the place without navigation. The staff is very helpful, kind and impresses with good English speaking ability. Even a few words in Dutch is not a big thing here!”

“This hotel is one of our best spots during our trip throughout Japan. It was very quiet and the staff took care of us like VIP. Plus the manager was proud to speak French.”
