What guests loved the most
“The location in Seogwipo which is about 1.5hr from Jeju airport, was good for food and some shopping. It had a 7-11 onsite which helped when a quick snack or an extra meal is reuired. The room was as depicted in the site's photos except that when I made the booking, in the photo it looked like there a partition between the double and single beds. When checking in I was told that there wasn't even a single bed but they will provide a mattress set. This was after I had sent 2 emails requesting 2beds for the 3 of us. The staff who checked me in also had difficulty explaining the hotel's policy and ended up sounding very rude. She outright said "No" in a loud tone when I asked whether I could view the room I will paying extra for the upgrading. The beds turned out comfortable and the shower was good (after I figured out how to obtain the right temperature). There was enough storage space for our stuff.”

“We were given 2 beds far apart from each other and did not tally with picture when we booked. The staff was impatient and not helpful. The room is big but not comfortable. It is not value for the money we paid. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The location was excellent, the staff helpful, the room very aesthetically pleasing ( we had the oriental room). I always like to have a washing machine to keep on top of dirty clothes, and this one worked fine. Air conditioning worked really well which was essential with the heat and humidity. Bathroom facilities were lovely.”
