P.S i tried 3 different hotels from Novum company ( novum plaza, novum madison) they are garbage, not clean, useless internet connection, rude staff, and the rooms are not for a 4 star hotel.”

“After a long flight (and food poisoning as part of the trip) I arrived tired and grumpy. The staff did all they could to assist and the level of hospitality was welcomed, given my state. It's not the most glamorous part of the city but the people are very friendly, speak excellent English and nothing seemed to be a problem. If you plan on using the parking, I'd suggest advising the staff before arrival. Tight and limited access.”
