“The beds and room are very comfortable and spacious, and the layout and design beautiful. I stayed at a Novotel in Madrid, which is why I booked them for our Toronto stay, as I had such a wonderful experience there. However, in Madrid, the breakfast was included, I would like to see that other North American Novotels do the same, not just at the highest price points. The location is close to many restaurants, a cinema, grocery store, and the subway and parking are perfectly situated.”

“I enjoyed the fact that the hotel has a subway station almost inside it. Also, near from there has a market, coffee and foods stores. The room are new and clean, with a good a size. The hotel it is just 30 min (by subway) from dunda square (or downtown city) so I think it is a good option to stay.”
