“the air conditioning, As usual in europe this season, wasn’t working, my room was very hot so i asked to unlock the window, it was the only way to remain inside, i’d like to remember i’ve payed for the air conditioning. quiet place, but in a industrial area, parking lot belongs t hotel but very expensive, i stayed for 3 days and never changed towels.”

“Great family Hotel with stacks of facilities for kids & families. Reception Staff were excellent, particularly Miriam. First nights food was very good, but not so good next night! Alberto was good too keeping people on board. Breakfast was manic being a bank holiday? We were advised to get the Tram no 4 into the centre of the City, But we were pushed and robbed of my IPhone & Bank cards on the tram, No one helped or was interested including the Police! Get a Taxi -- only 13 Euros each way and safe!”

The timings were also long which made it convenient & also available during weekends. Games area for family downstairs near reception stopped children getting bored.
