“To be fair- we didn't actually stay at the property because booking.com's listed policies for this hotel are wrong. We had listed on our booking that we had 4 kids- but two were babies/young. We were allowed to book and the policies stated that we were fine. When we arrived - they would not allow us to stay. They offered to book two rooms- but the price More than doubled. The staff told us they run into this problem all of the time when people use booking.com. We did luck out and booked the adjoining building hotel (IBIS) for a great price. The staff was very apologetic and the hotel looks amazing!”
