“we paid a little extra and got a premier room -definitely worth the extra - brekkie without kids running around and fuss, a quiet and calm place to prepare for the work day ahead and a relaxed and comfortable place to debrief at the end of a day of meetings with a quiet beer or a cold drink. Staff were friendly and very attentive. coffee was good as well.”

“Nothing special about this hotel except the location. I was surprised that air conditional is so poor with loud noisy sound at night. Don't stay here because you will not be able to get a good sleep due to the noisy aircon.”
“I have stayed in Novotel Siam for more than 15 times over the last 4 years. My kids love the location and also the free xBox games at the lobby. Location was fantastic - 7-eleven, massage, Starbuck, nice food all within 3 mins walking distance”
“The location is very convenient, 5min walk to Siam Paragon. The plus point is extra bed is complimentary for children below 16years. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The room is very clean. The outdoor swimming pool is big with a small pool for the kids. The hotel has some floating board for the kids. When we call housekeeping for some drinking water after 9pm, they deliver within 5min. Basically nothing to complain about Novotel Hotel at Siam Square. I would highly recommended this hotel if you are visiting Kidzania and Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World with kids.”

“Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Location is ideal. You could walk to some major shopping malls (e.g. Central World, MBK, Siam Paragon). BTS was just right around the corner. Breakfast options were varied. I like that they had some of the menu items changed on a daily basis such that we didn't feel like we were eating the same things over 3 mornings.”
