“We loved the owner Nikos who picked us up from the port with his youngest son. We ended meeting his other two kids and his wife. They were wonderful. The room was very clean. We did not have a sea view, but our view was spectacular: mountains, vegetable gardens, and sheep pen. We loved hearing the roosters and the sheep waking up (with bells jingling) in the morning. The hotel (Noufaro and Aegeon hotels are owned by Nikos) is only a few steps from the spectacular Mylopotas and a short ride or 30 min walk to Chora (the main town). We had the opportunity to sit down with Nikos' 85 year old father and communicated somehow (Tarzan way) and loved him. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully done with olive, fig, and palm trees.”
“Nikos is so friendly and helpful. I booked the wrong dates and he changed them for me no problem. He was waiting at the port for us and told us where to get a good deal for quad rentals. The property is right across the road from the beach and only 5 min walk to Far out beach club with mini markets, restaurants all around the property. We hired a quad for our stay and was so easy to get into town and around the island. Also buses run every 10 mins to town for 1.80 Nikos was so helpful for anything we needed. Great host and great location.”
