“The staff were all amazing, ALWAYS going the extra mile to help us make arrangements (book taxis, make restaurant reservations, recommend food stalls). The front office women were so genuinely warm and friendly and helpful. The rooms in this beautifully renovated heritage building were comfortable and thoughfully fitted out with many nice touches such as a coffee/tea maker, shelf for toiletries in the shower, plenty of lighting, etc. Also two computers available for guest use and a printer. So useful for printing out train tickets, etc. Plus location is only a couple blocks from food stalls on Presgrave and a short walk to the free CAT bus and the heritage core.”
