- Please note that the hotel's voltage is 220V.<br><br>Please note that the property restaurant is going through renovations but it is available for guest use.<br><br>Please note that the total amount of reservation is charged upon check-in.<br><br>The hotel also offers a free shuttle service from the property to Congonhas Airport, from 5:00 - 23:00, leaving every 30 minutes. No reservation needed.<br><br>Please note that extra beds are subject to availability.<br><br>According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.<br><br>In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

“I selected this property because of the location (close to Congonhas). It exceeded my expectations, as it was more comfortable than I thought. Walk to the airport is 10 minutes, but not worth if if you have big or heavy bags as you have to haul them up stairs. Shuttle goes every 30 minutes”

“If you need to catch a flight from CGH airport, you can't find better option to stay. Very close to the airport and can be reached by foot (unfortunately, not very convenient path due to some reconstructions), as well hotel also offers free shuttle. Stuff is helpful, despite the fact that they don't speak good English. Rooms are spacey, bed is comfortable, for a short stay nothing to complain much.”
