“This was a great base to explore Tokyo from, staff English is ok, but they managed to get my taxi to the airport at 4am spot on and they really tried to help us when we had any questions. This was a really cheap option for Tokyo and once you get the hang of the metro it is really easy to see all of the city from. Amazing local restaurants nearby, but the food in japan is amazing everywhere. I would stay again.”

“The hotel was wonderfully located at just the right distance from Shinjuku station, about 10min on foot. This meant that the area was calm but still very close to all the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. There were many breakfast spots and convenience stores right by the hotel. The staff was gracious and most helpful with all of our requests and questions, really top notch personnel and certainly the best we encountered during our stay in Japan (we slept in three different hotels in two cities). The people working at Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku are definitely what sets this hotel apart from the others.”
