“Bed was comfortable, excellent staff and good breakfast.Easy access to Fushimi subway. Lots of eateries around too!”
“Great hotel at a great value. Room was the expected small size that is pretty standard in Japan, for the price though one really cannot complain. The shower's water pressure was very strong and hot too which was nice.”
“Staff were very friendly and helpful - they were kind enough to give us a honeymoon gift when we checked in. :) Good value for money. Room and facilities were basic but clean.”
“ Good service. Staffs were very helpful, they helped reserve the Unkai taxi for me upon request. Has basic amenities and pajamas, quiet. Room was on ladies floor so some extras thrown in eg face steamer. A bit of a walk from nearest subway. Short subway ride from Nagoya JR station. Convenience stores nearby.”
“morning meal is italian panini. very fresh. good tastes coffee.”
“We arrived in Nagoya the day before the typhoon Lan hit the country. We had to change our plans and stay in Nagoya longer than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we could extend our stay without problems. The breakfast was held in the Italian restaurant of the hotel and the range of goods offered was ok, nothing special, but enough to start the day.”
“The staff are very helpful, and they lent me what I needed”
“Good room size (for Japan) Walking distance to down town or castle”
“Good room size and layout with location close to laundry plus a 10 minute walk to the station past testeraunts, cafes and some colourful parts of the city. Science Museum was just 5 minutes down the road.”
“Location was very good. Easy walk to the major attractions like the market and the museums. Taxi was relatively non expensive to and from the train station and the shuttle bus to the airport is few blocks away, although I took a train as I had to leave early and the hotel arranged a taxi to wait for me. The staff went beyond any expectations and even found a nail salon for me.”
