The staff are wonderful and certainly add to the hotels appeal . The hotel location is also perfect , connected to IFS and a few steps away from TaiKoo Li both full of great boutiques , restaurants and cafes . The hotel staff staff also arranged transportation for me throughout my trip including a personal Sightseeing itinerary .”

“We stayed at the Niccolo Chengdu regrettably for only one night and enjoyed every minute of it. The 25-story building is embedded in the International Finance Center and across from a traditional village with high-end retail. The staff at every desk from reception to gym to breakfast counter was super attentive to every word we said or sometimes didn't say even though English was not their first language. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious at many levels. The gym occupies a full floor of the hotel and includes an atmospheric pool, a sauna and a workout room with the latest equipment. Breakfast selection was small but delicious and accompanied by additional a-la-cart selections. Highly recommended if you want to splurge!”
