“I stayed on the hotel for a surprise birthday party for my aunt. The hall we had tbe party was just the perfect size for my family. The food the served was hot and delecious, along with the desserts. I loved everything about the hotel, from the decor to the comfortable beds. The room services, and the valet gentleman are top notch! I never had to wait a long time to get my vehicle, and if i did they where always communicating with us. The front desk associates, where always tenative and acknowleged when someone was standing there, or even someone just walking by. We had an issue with our room key getting deactivated, but they promptly fixed it.”

“The room was located on the 14th floor and that made for beautiful viewing of the city at night. Overall the room was very good. The only draw backs were the parking. Your only options are valet parking. The fee was $20 per night, however the staff did provide a deep discount which was very manageable.”
“For what I was there for, the Marriott was a perfect location. My meeting was in the same building even though not a part of the hotel. I also enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. Definitely have to try the in house gumbo.”

“Location location location! Our room was looking across a lake. Breakfast was very good. Their orange juice and coffee were amazing. Also I really liked their valet service. Very professional and very friendly.”

“It was a nice hotel the staff was some what friendly but I reserved a room with a view of the lake, I got a room with a view of a parking lot. When I complained was told I'm sorry OH well”
“We had an 11th floor corner room with a great view of the city, from afar, and Lake Pontchartrain. It was lovely, I just wish we had more time to spend there. The bed was wonderful! All of the staff went out of their way to take care of us. Thank you.”
