“Staff and the services worth 5 stars. We had an warm welcome and frequent healthcheck from the personal. Excellent serving at the restaurant and for all the services needed. The room was clean, nicely arranged and good smelling. Everything was made by the book. I encourage the hotels/villas near Nayino to "steal" some of the good taste in customer care. We was very pleased & we will certainly come back! It didn't felt like Romania :).”

“The hotel is new. All looks great. More of a 5 stars I would say. Great for small families and even couples as long as they like kids around. I would say very small area where is quite intimate. The pool is great for any age really. Staff is amazing and food great! The attitude is an occidental one and I loved the way they treated us there as expats. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from noisy mamaia :).”

“The room was big, bigger than any other hotel's room in Mamaia. The hotel is new and the staff was extremely friendly, willing to help with everything you asked for ! We arrived earlier and we wanted to eat the breakfast at the hotel's, before the check-in and we were offered the breakfast for free ! That was very cool for a hotel to do ! Everybody tried to make everything work for us !”
“Ausstattung des Zimmers, Ausgang auch auf grossen Innenhof mit Pool und Restauration. Die angenehme Atmosphäre, die vielen kleinen Extras, die zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die tolle Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das tolle Frühstück, man konnte eine Eierspeise mit Zubehör , von einer Karte wählen. Alles, inkl Kaffees wurden an den Tisch serviert.”
“A fost curat si comod in camera, personalul foarte simpatic, disponibil 24/7 la receptie. Ne-au recomandat unde sa mancam in oras, la o ora foarte tarzie noaptea. Mic dejun ok si proaspat, dar nimic impresionant pentru 4 stele, poate si pentru ca am fost in afara sezonului. Aproape de plaja.”
