“location and views from our roof top bedroom window were superb - in hindsight good our room booking was changed for the better re location and view. very friendly staff lovely conservatory and outside seating area for breakfast and/or coffee break - coffee/tea/biscuits available all day long in the conservatory public areas/garden all in good repair and very pleasant to sit in continental breakfast was fine... all very fresh, we enjoyed it every day, limited but good quality what was on offer.. no complaints at all! Water was always piping hot in the shower and shower good and strong!”
