What guests loved the most
“national Park Hotel was easily accessible on the main road, only 1 km away from the main information Centre that gives access to the Russell Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Tall Trees walk and the Lady Baron Falls, not to mention Lake Dobson further afield. The personnel at the hotel were very welcoming, helpful and kind. No restaurants in the area however the hotel provided meals which were very good and served copiously. One serving could no doubt feed three people! None of the rooms had ensuite and 2 toilets and 2 showers were to be used by all the guests. It was very quiet when we were there therefore had no problems accessing either. Both the toilets and the showers were kept very clean. Breakfast was included. Cereals, bread and butter were left in a side room the night before. Plates, bowls, cups and mugs etc were kept in a sideboard incl its drawers. There was tea, coffee and a kettle at hand any time in the breakfast room. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.”
